Project Management
Fabrika8 Interior Architecture does not limit itself solely to design production in its projects; it adopts an approach that also encompasses implementation and management processes. Project management is conducted with a comprehensive methodology based on interdisciplinary integration during the process of translating the conceptual design to spatial organization and subsequently to the implementation scale. This methodology defines a structure where planning, control, and auditing mechanisms are operated systematically, and all disciplines proceed in coordination.
Project presentations, which form the critical stage of the process, are a step that conveys the conceptual structure and spatial organization of the design to the user. In this phase, both the visual and experiential dimensions of the designed space are revealed using virtual reality (VR) applications, photorealistic visualizations, scaled plans, and concept sketches. Thus, users actively participate in the process within a collaborative assessment environment where aesthetic and functional decisions are made.
The approved design is moved to the technical planning stage; detailed measurements, implementation drawings, material specifications, and a bill of quantities are prepared, forming the infrastructure for the process. This data serves as a reference for the flawless progress of the implementation at the site scale and helps preserve the conceptual integrity of the design.
The implementation phase is a multi-layered process coordinated by our site manager, where architectural, mechanical, electrical, and finishing disciplines are executed in an integrated manner. In this phase, which proceeds within the framework of the work schedule, every application step is supervised, and the conceptual integrity of the design is transferred to the site.
